I conducted a series of interviews with a few candidates and chose TeaCode due to the approach we wanted to take. We found them by posting the project on Upwork and also looked at their reviews on Clutch. How did you come to work with TeaCode.io? As we've gotten busier, TeaCode has scaled the team to four developers, a project manager, and a full-time QA that does test automation on the build. Initially, we worked directly with two developers in a way that was almost like staff augmentation. For the mobile app, they've used React Native.

They've also built an MVP of our Android and iOS mobile app that connects across the whole platform as well. We had an existing website connected to the old API, so TeaCode has refactored and rewritten the API to connect with the new infrastructure.
We had all the tech stack running in place, and we asked for TeaCode to completely re-engineer every part of the platform. At any given time, 30,000 people may be playing a game, which is a pretty complex offering. The platform also includes team leader boards. Participants tap on the lampposts to prove they're walking, cycling, or scooting to school or work. We put custom hardware on lampposts and distribute radio-frequency identification cards at scale distributed through schools. Our program turns a town or a city into a giant game that people can play. We've provided the team with documentation, requirements, and our vision for the project. One of our main requirements is for them to have JavaScript front and center across our whole tech stack. They provide us with web and mobile app development. TeaCode is helping us replace our previous platform.
